This bowl is an example of a Type BL1b simple spherical-shaped bowl with rounded walls, a plain rim, and a flat base (Martin 2011: 30-31). Found at Beth-Shean's Building SK, a possible residential insulae, and based on its location in Stratum S-3, the bowl is thought to date to the Bronze Age collapse (Martin 2011: 139).
