Fabric is light tan/beige in PPL. Very calcareous fabric.
Lots of silt, ca. 15%.
Inclusions are poorly sorted and the shapes range from rounded to angular, and interestingly irregularly concentrated in specific areas of the slide. Fine grained calcareous rock is the dominant inclusion, poly and monocrystalline quartz is common, altered red serpentine is common, micas are very few, very few pieces of chert. A small area of the slide shows homogenized clay with almost no sand-sized inclusions.
Similar to some Paphian LR1s.
