This bowl bears the same distinctive red parallel or cross-hatched lines on a dark base found on Cypriot Red-on-Black wares (M. Dothan 1972: Pl. 4:3; 1973: Fig. 4:4, Pl. 3A; Johnson 1982: Fig. 7 P1).
