Tel Ishqaf is a small mound located in the Israel's Central coastal plain, alongside the alluvial valley of Nahal Alexander. In a salvage excavation, two areas were opened: Area B, on the northwestern edge of the tell; and Area C, on its southwestern edge (HA-ESI 120, Fig. 1). In Area B were remains of a buildings dating to the beginning of the Roman period and also the Byzantine period. In Area C were remains of a winepress from the end of the Byzantine period.
