Description

The fabric is dark brown (PPL), with some iron oxides. The silt is composed of only of angular quartz and some minerals derived from igneous rocks. No biogenic material in the matrix is preserved, The inclusions contain sub angular feldspars and other feldspathoids (~20%) and also some, pyroxene and some eroded basalt fragments (up to 400μm).
