Description

The fabric is characterized by the association of coarse clasts of chert and micritic limestones, set in a red-firing clay, fine-grained
groundmass, giving a bimodal appearance to the fabric. The optical activity of the sample micromass suggests that it has been fired to a fairly low firing temperature.
