Description

The fabric is marly and optically active, foraminiferous and silty with ~20% voids. The non-plastic inclusions are: 35% rounded foraminifera (30-150 μm), 5% sub-angular to sub-rounded chalk (100-1000 μm), 5% sub-rounded to rounded clay pellets (50-200 μm), 3% angular quartz (30-100 μm); some: rhomboid dolomite (30-70 μm), sub-angular calcareous concretions/calcite (50-350 μm).
