Description

The fabric is a dark, double-spaced alluvial marl with ~20% voids. The non-plastic inclusions are: 10% sub-angular to angular quartz (20-70 μm), 15% sub-angular to sub-rounded limestone/calcareous inclusions (30-550 μm); some: sub-angular to sub-rounded shale/opaque minerals (50-150 μm), sub-angular to angular feldspar (30-70 μm).
