General Information

In Syene this group appears in very small quantities and has been exclusively recovered from find assemblages of the early imperial period. This group mainly includes pitchers and bottles.

Description

The fragments have a thick dull, white slip. Similar to the Aswan White Slipped ware, the slip of some pieces appears slightly yellowish or pink.
