The fabric is reddish brown under PPL, slightly optically active silty clayey matrix (~45%) with a few opaque minerals. The silt is composed of mainly well sorted sub-rounded quartz (30%). The non-plastic components are composed of mainly poorly sorted and angular calcareous limestone and a few quartz.
