Fabric is brown under PPL, slightly calcareous optically acitve silty clayey (~30%) with a few opaque minerals. The silt (40%) is composed of mainly well sorted sub-rounded quartz. Teh non-plastic components are composed of mainly poorly sorte dangular calcareous rock fragments, chert and quartz.
