Description

Fabric is orange-brown (PPL) with frequent sand-sized inclusions. Silt is ca. 3-5% of the fabric, primarily calcite. (m)c:f:v of (77)15:3:5. Aplastic inclusions are generally subrounded, sometimes sub-angular, and moderately sorted, ranging from coarse (700 microns) to very fine (120 microns) sand sized grains. Calcareous material is dominant, quartz and chert are common, serpentine and plagioclase are few, very few mica and chlorite.
