Fine quartz grains embeded in Taqiye Formation marl. The foraminifer is the planktonikc genus Subbotina.

Marl of the Taqiye Formation; Dark reddish yellow, relatively well levigated, somewhat sandy; few small and medium white and few small black inclusions; very rarely a light brown core;
