Description

The clay is dark brown with dark red margins on XPL with low optical activity. The fabric is dense with no porosity. Dark grey colour with dark brown thin sharp margins. Inclusions consist of well sorted, subrounded brown-grey quartz inclusions (~15%); poorly sorted white subrounded to sub-angular white limestone (~3%) and occasional rare silt size feldspar (less than 1%). No voids were found.
