Description

Matrix is ferruginous silty clay, where the silt of aeolian origin composes up to 12% of the sherds’ volume. It comprises mainly quartz, lesser quantities of plagioclase, and tiny dots of iron oxides. It is one sand-size inclusion only – 1.0 mm round ferruginous oolith.
