Workshop attested by a cookpot with two stamps on its handle from an elite Ayyubid household in Area 2. Workshop probably in the lower part of the settlement, but not discovered during rescue excavation. The color and paste is different that what was used by the Al-Ma'mum workshop; Yufus produced dark colored cookpots of higher quality than al-Ma'mum.
