Identification based on wasters of Cypriot Plain Light (Iron Age ) ware; based on survey information (see SIA 6, SCY365 in the Sydney Cyprus Survey Project volume by Given and Knapp 2003: 122-123 and in Given and Smith 2003); the wasters were found among fragments of votive terracotta figurines and larger statuary and it is possible that production included both ceramics and terracottas somewhere at or near this location. Only one waster from this location appears on the LCP site so far, this is SCSP.5019.44A.1, a hole mouth jar sliced horizontally at the shoulder before firing, thus rendering it non-functional as a container.
