Identification based on wasters of Cypriot Red-on-Black (and similar Cypriot Red-on-Red) as well as Cypriot Black Slip (none so far identified as wasters of Cypriot Red Slip) ware vessels, usually open bowl shapes, and a hollow feature ("pit") that might have been a kiln during an early period of settlement; based on excavated data, pottery production not identified at the time of excavation but only 25 years later during the study of the finds; possible kiln area next to a long storage building
